Governance

At allcare, governance means ensuring we meet our responsibilities as a registered aged care provider under the Aged Care Act 2024. This includes delivering safe, high-quality care, complying with the strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards, and upholding the rights of older people. Our governance framework includes policies and procedures that support ethical conduct, risk management, financial accountability, and continuous improvement. We are committed to transparency and to working with the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission to meet our obligations. Our governance documents support us to deliver care that is person-centred, compliant, and aligned with the Support at Home Program.

Jointly, the documents enumerated on this page provide a robust Governance Framework. Ultimately, these documents exist to allow allcare to achieve its stated mission and vision.

MISSION: To facilitate quality, affordable, innovative, efficient and personalised in-home care services.

VISION: A new way of delivering quality in-home care services, underpinned by innovative technologies.
